I want to rave about the honesty of your sales staff. Never having purchased carpet before, I didn't quite know what I should get nor how much to pay for it. Before coming to Lux, I walked into a couple of stores in the area. Everywhere I went I felt like I was at a used car dealership; everyone tried to haggle, negotiate, and pressure me to sign on the spot when all I really wanted was a fair and honest estimate. Frustrated with all the nonsense, I asked my old realtor about any good flooring companies. That was when I was introduced to Lux. The first time I met your salesmen I was just elated to see how sincere and honest he was.
The published price list was a welcome breath of fresh air too. I finally felt comfortable knowing the actual price of the products and understanding exactly what I was paying for. Thanks again for the new carpet. It had a longer labor warranty and was about half the price of a similar carpet another company quoted for me. Kudos again and I will be happy to refer you over to my friends. Now if only other companies would follow your lead :)
