As you know, I was very nervous about the traffic in the [Dental] office and how my floors would withstand it. Thank you so much for the patience you showed in helping me choose the right product. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the entire sales crew during the selection process, but what I was absolutely shocked with was that your crewmen had the same professionalism and courtesy. I've never dealt with such a "get down to business" company! It was an absolute pleasure.
