If you have any post-installation regrets and decide against the carpeting you chose to have installed, we will come back, pull up the piece we just installed, and replace it with what you really want – no questions, no problems (and no fine print). All we ask is that you call us within three days and let us know. We won't ask you to pay a dime for the new material, as long as it's of equal value to the one you originally picked. All we ask is that you pay for the labor because, after all, the entire installation must be completed twice.
The last request we have is that you keep smiling. Just because you chose the wrong color doesn't mean you should live with it for the next ten years; LUX understands, so simply keep the installed carpet in new condition and you'll have the color you really want in no time.
Lifetime installation warranty
No matter the product you choose, LUX will stand behind it's service. If we install it, we know you won't have any installation related problems with your materials. In fact, we're so confident, we're putting our money where our mouths are: The lifetime installation warranty means that the installation of the material you purchase will be warrantied for as long as the material itself is. Even years from now, if your carpet seam comes up because of an installation error we make today, we'll come out and fix it.
